Our funding comes from a number of sources including "Supporting People", and all of our services are operated in line with the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework (QAF). The QAF lists the ways in which we aim to work with clients, and it shows how projects can improve the quality of their services. It covers those parts of our work that Supporting People consider to be essential for a housing support project, and the things that you can expect from us.
The document is available in two forms – the first is aimed at providers and the second at clients. These documents are available in the useful information section at the right hand side of the page.
